Information is NOT collected from individuals who wish to browse our site and we DO NOT USE "cookies".

KRG will only collect information that you provide to us for its intended purpose only. If information is collected for a quotation, it will be used for that purpose and may be distributed to underwriters and insurance agencies for the express purpose of obtaining a quote.

As of January 1, 2004 this legislation is in effect for private corporations in Canada. You can read more about this legislation at the Privacy Commissioner of Canada website. Essentially there are three key principals to this legislation. The company collecting the information must:

• Identify the reasons for collecting personal information
• Obtain your consent to collect the information
• Limit the collection of data
